Our live coaching sessions are held twice a month via Zoom. You’ll receive a calendar invite and reminders, and if you miss a session, you can always access the recording in your membership portal.

Yes, cancellations require a two-week notice after the minimum 6-month term.
Due to the nature of our digital content and live coaching, we do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your monthly membership after your 6-month commitment if you decide not to continue.
